[MODEL UPDATED ON 12/30/11] The New Four World Trade Center is part of the World Trade Center Reconstruction Project. It is located on the south-east side of the World Trade Center site. Construction has reached the 60th floor as of December 30, 2011. As of December 30, 2011, installation for the glass facade is now at floor 42. The New Four World Trade Center is expected to be completed by the end of 2013. In fact, it is built on the exact spot where the former Four World Trade Center building stood before the 9/11 attacks.
