[MODEL SHOWN AS OF 4/22/11] The New Four World Trade Center is part of the World Trade Center Reconstruction Project. It is located on the south-east side of the World Trade Center site. Construction has reached the 23rd floor as of April 2011. It is expected to be completed by the end of 2013. In fact, it is built on the exact spot where the former Four World Trade Center building stood before the 9/11 attacks.
