The Denver Tech Center is located along I-25, about 25 minutes southeast of downtown Denver. The DTC was built as a result of Colorado's energy boom in the 1970's, which also led to suburban sprawl and shopping malls. The building at 8400 E. Crescent Parkway holds many businesses, such as Fuller Towne & County, Mellon Private Asset Management, Wellbridge Co., McKim & Company LLC, and Denver US Holdings, and is part of a large corporate complex with more than 6,000 businesses including hotels, restaurants, and offices.
