This is a Standing Drill Press Mobile Base with retractable casters. Found a complete sketchup drill press by Sean Headrick. So I've placed it into the base. The dimensions reflect my use of construction 2x4s that are milled which removed 0.1" from the thickness and width. Link below shows completed project.
