Grade 2 Listed artefact. Memorial direction post with drinking fountain. 1897 for Charles Henry Cooper. Limestone post on red sandstone base; cast iron arms. Designed in form of a churchyard cross with cross-gabled head surmounted by crown. Three arms signposting GLOUCESTER/BRISTOL; TETBURY/BATH; STONEHOUSE/STROUD. Each arm has scrolled underside bracket and end. Octagonal post has moulded square base with recessed inscription panel to three faces. Small drinking fountain occupies recess on fourth side with shell hood. Erected to commemorate Queen Victoria's Diamond Jubilee.
