Candelaria is a subway station in Mexico City, there are crossed lines 1 and 4, its symbol is a duck and the station name from the name of the colony where it is located, the Candelaria de los Patos , so named because there, when was the shore of Lake Texcoco was known by the number of ducks that gather at the site. The metro is very near Candelaria of San Lázaro Legislative Palace, seat of the Chamber of Deputies, for this reason, the line 4 station calling itself "Candelaria / Legislative Palace.
