The Peter Miller hotel was built in 1937 in Art Deco style mixed with Mediteranean revival. With gracefully rounded corners contrasting with red rooftiles, the building attracts photographers to shoot pictures of the newly renovated exterior. Vertical and horizontal fluting can be found on the Collins avenue facing façade. The tiled roof extends over the walls with a red patterned surface, providing shadow for the top-story rooms.
