Modified the design a little in order to allow better drainage. I shortened the seat slats, but added a small block to which the back attaches eliminating most of the "V" which would trap water. If you have means to make a beveled cut in the small blocks, you can attach the back flush and eliminate any chance of trapped water. Note: this was drawn to the dimensions of wood I was using (3/8" kerf instead of 1/2" ... a nominal 2x4 was actually 1 5/8 x 3 5/8).
