The house has large windows facing the bay. There are solar panels on the south side for maximum solar gain. The houses main living areas are shielded from the afternoon sun, but the house can recieve the moring sunlight. The house also has a green roof to help keep the house cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The house is approximately 1000 square feet.
