Exterior set from the former RKO/Desilu "40 Acres" backlot studio in Culver City, California...most commonly seen in television's "The Andy Griffith Show" as a background building. The front entrance served as the location for "Walker's Drug Store" in early episodes in the series. This set appeared in the 1949 film "The Set-Up" as the "Hotel Cozy."
