The block is part of Boulder's historic Pearl Street Mall. The Wells Fargo corner building was designed by architects F.G. Eberly and George Hyder and was built in 1899. It features Colorado red and white sandstone and brick. This building was the first permanent bank in Boulder, starting as the National State Bank. The block also includes Art Mart, Fresh Produce Sportswear, The Body Shop, Left Hand Books, Green Spot, Powell's Sweet Shoppe, Weekends, and more. Model created by Noël Nemcik.
