The Plaza is a mixed-use building in downtown Evansville, Indiana. It originally opened in 1963 as the home of Permanent Federal Savings Bank. Today, the first two floors are offices while the upper floors are condominiums. A unique feature of this building is a putting green on the rooftop deck.
