Formerly the First State Bank of Texarkana (1901), this building has been host to numerous tenants such as Treys Supper Club in the 80's and the Ben Smith Department store. It was remodeled and renamed the Landmark Building after a fire on the top floor nearly destroyed the building. The ornate brick design was covered in the 1960s and remains the current look of the building today.
