This block, located to the south of 16th and California, provides a useful pick up location for the Denver Light Rail. The Steele Building, built in 1923 houses a large Fontius sign on it, but has remained unused for over a decade. Next to the Steele bldg is the McClintock Building, a 1911 Gothic Revival style architecture. Some of the small businesses in this block are Kenmark Shaws Jewelers, TCF Bank, and the 15th Street Tavern. Model created by Zach Moore.
