Model based on a reproduction made in the late 1930s or early 1940s. Detailed and based on accurate measurements. Making this model has been a fun opportunity to understand the Thomas Sheraton style. The detail of the turned bed posts is fantastic and is accurately reflected in the model. The canopy (or tester) is in the ogee shape. Each bed post is modeled in four pieces because they are separate components with the lower three glued together. Careful use of components including modeling each post section in eighths has kept file size down to just over 500KB.
