Right next to beautiful Lincoln Park and playground, the 28,000 square-foot Buena Vista Branch Library (2002) occupies the former site of Abraham Lincoln Elementary School in Burbank, California. The library features study areas, auditorium, wireless internet, comfortable seating, children's reading room, open-air performance area, film screenings, readings, and even live opera. The sculpture at the entrance is called "Read, Reach, and Realize," by Wayne Healey. Award-winning landscaping by Troller Mayer Associates. Architect: Stephen E. Finney of Charles Walton Associates.
