Originally built as the central Post Office building in City of Lowell. Recently used as school dept. headquarters, now houses Juvenile Court rooms and offices. Built in 1893 in the Richardson Romanesque style, similar to the City Hall and Pollard Library Buildings a few streets away. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
