The Albertus Magnus Building, designed by Architect Manuel Francisco was completed in 1969. In1950, however, a building for the Conservatory of Music was constructed on the same site where the present Albertus Magnus Building is found. Interestingly, both the College of Education and the Conservatory of Music underwent several transfer of location through the years. The Conservatory of Music was located within the UST Gymnasium in the mid-40s. The pre-war College of Education was transferred to St. Raymund's Building, the current edifice used by the Faculty of Arts and Letters, and the College of Commerce and Business Administration. Presently, it houses the College of Education, Conservatory of Music, Institute of Tourism and Hospitality Management, Education High School, and the Elementary School.
