Deep in Downtown LA at Flower Street & Wilshire Boulevard. 811 Wilshire is a rather modern 20 Story Building completed in 1960. The Pacific Financial Building is a "jagged" modern 18 story building completed in 1973. The Pegasus is a 13 Story residential building which was completed in 1949. The Pegasus was an office building, the General Petroleum Building, until 1994 when it was vacated. In 2002-2003 it was converted into a residential building with 322 apartments.
