The new addition to the Denver Art Museum opened in October 2006. The design recalls the peaks of the Rocky Mountains and the building is clad in many reflective titanium panels, making it a great companion to the original Denver Art Museum building to the north. The museum houses a collection of modern art as well as a collection of Oceanic art. It was designed by architect Daniel Libeskind. Please be sure to view this model with its counterpart, the Denver Art Museum - North Building also on the 3D Warehouse. Model provided by Studio Daniel Libeskind. Texturing done by Mason Thrall.
