2700-2800 North Central Avenue includes two buildings, the 20 story, 79 meter (258 foot) 2800 Tower, and the 15 story, 52 meter (170 foot) Xerox Tower, or 2700 Tower. The Xerox Tower was completed in 1985, it was not till 1988 when the 2800 Tower would be constructed until 1987. The 2700-2800 North Central Complex was constructed by Opus West and is also known as the Opus Midtown Plaza.
