A 1938 building containing 18 apartments. It was designed in a typical Dutch 1930s style, with horizontal accents along the fenestration and vertical bays above the entrances. A little Art Deco stylized flagpole rises over the central bay, as if it were some sort of cruiseship. The walls are mainly flat, but near the windows they are 'folded'. The roofline is accented by a white ridge, through which the three entrance bays thrust into the sky.
