To live within a mangrove forest, we need a shelter that floats above the mangroves’ roots, half sinking in the saline swamp. This shelter is lifted up by ropes stretching to the surrounding mangrove trees. All of the facades are triangle shape: 3 sides (solid canvas) together with the “roof” cover the internal space, the other 3 sides (translucent canvas/insect mess) open to wonderful views of the forest.
