Design by George W. Hart • Import • After converting Dr. Hart's rapid-prototyping .STL file to .3DS, I imported into SketchUp for cleanup(edge reduction) and 'painting' • Geodesic tessellation (class III) of an icosahedron • Frequency 10v(8,2) • 840 'holes' • This model inspired me to 'try my hand' at my own derivative constructions, which I've also posted ("Deltoid Reticulation") • For more polyhedral sculpture/constructions by Dr. Hart, see his web page:
