Built in 1931. Architects: Fred H. MacDonald and Dr. Cecil Burgess. Named for Wilbur Bowker, the former Dean of Law at the University of Alberta. A 1976 renovation modernized the building and added a sixth storey. (Source: http://www.rewedmonton.ca/content_view2?CONTENT_ID=1107)
