The bookcase is a combination of Greene and Greene elements with Craftsman design. The saw-step shelf holders are cut on the table saw from a thick piece and ripped into four equal. The shelves have a scallop on the thickness reminiscent of G n G. The shelves have breadboard ends with an ebony spline. The piece is designed to fit against the wall or in the middle of a room.
