This garden at Westminster Palace, is called New Palace Yard. There is a hidden fountain with a metal sculpture centre-piece by the renowned Polish born, British contemporary artist Walenty Pytel. The other garden on the north side, a little further to the east, is called Speaker's Green. A map showing the gardens around the palace (Usually known as the Houses of Parliament) can be found from the web-link. Both gardens are private, and not open to the public. The model has been adjusted slightly to interface with the current model of Westminster Bridge, and is my final edit, hopefully to be accepted to Google Earth.
