The Icon Brickell Towers are a pair of two high rise condominium buildings rising 586 feet in the air. The third building, the Viceroy Hotel, is smaller at only 465 feet, (50 floors). The complex was completed in 2008, and was designed by architecture corporation, Arquitectonica (who also designed the Westin Times Square in New York, American Airlines Arena in Miami, and also the Atlantis Condominium in Miami. This complex is located along 2nd Avenue and Biscayne Bay, just south of the Miami River.
