Comandamentul Fortelor Navale Romane si Farul genovez situat pe faleza din Portul turistic TOMIS, în spatele statuii cu bustul poetului Mihai Eminescu. A fost construit în jurul anului 1300 de către genovezii care făceau comerţ în port şi restaurat între anii 1858-1860 de inginerul francez de origine armeană Artin Aslan. Farul are o înălţime de aproximativ 8 metri.
