Events arena in Lowell that is home for University of Lowell sports events and the Lowell River Hawks hockey team. Dedicated in the name of the late Paul E. Tsongas, Lowell native and former U.S. Senator and presidential candidate. This is one of the signature building of my home town of Lowell, Massachusetts.
