Nobel is a resident building in Kaohsiung City, and it's location is just on the skyscraper area on Shin Kuan Rd.. The building contains a shopping street for the landmark building 85 Sky Tower crowd, but since the 85 Sky Tower' economic issue happened it got in low condition, too.
諾貝爾是一棟高雄市的住宅大樓，它的位置正好就在新光路的摩天區之中，這棟建築為了地標性建築85大樓的人潮還包含了商店街，但隨著85大樓出現財務問題後它也漸漸走向低潮。
