McFall Center was built in 1927, and served as the University Library until 1967 when the Jerome library was built. It was then renovated in 1967 and was named in honor of Kenneth H. McFall, the former Dean of the College of Liberal Arts, and later the University Administrator. For historical information about this building, see McFall Center and/or Library (Old) on BGSU’s Historic Campus Tour.
