The Sankt Petri-Dome in Schleswig is one of the most important building monuments in Schleswig-Holstein, Germany. The originally three-nave Romanic basilica was built from 1134 to 1200 AD. After a partially collapse in 1275 AD, a Late-Gothic hall church was constructed at the same place until 16th century. The west-tower was erected from 1888 to 1894 AD, with its 112 m in height slightly out of proportion against the rest of the dome. Inside it hosts the famous Brüggemann Altar, 12.60 m high and decorated with 392 biblical figures. Model ©2010 Johan Wagner http://www.rotorlabs.com
