Minneapolis former fire station 6, built in 1931 at 13th Street and Yale Place is no longer standing. It was a large 5-apparatus door station with rigs running out of all 5. Engine 6, Engine 26, Ladder 11, Rescue 1, and the Chief of the First Battalion. It was quite a sight to see when the entire station 'dumped' out on a run. Typical of many Minneapolis stations of the period the station featured bi-folding apparatus bay doors.
