This model includes 3 office buildings in Lower Manhattan. 77 Water Street, 319 Feet High, 26 Stories, Completed in 1970, has a WWI Biplane complete with a landing strip on the rooftop of the building. It was built primarily to amuse the inhabitants of surrounding skyscrapers, notably the Twin Towers of the World Trade Center. The building also has a huge "77" on the rooftop. Also included is the 1971, 22 Story 10 Hanover Square (Striped Building) and the 28 Story, 1983 Guardian Life Building (Red Building)
