A full sized home built universal Router Workstation Cabinet that can house any 3hp router. Precision Incra Series Fence and aluminum plate insert add precision to this beauty. A full complement of 12 drawers for Bits and Tools. Made from Plywood with matched Sugar Pine drawer faces and a laminated MDF top trimmed in white Oak. Solid Yellow Pine skeleton supports the Plywood carcase without screws using simple carcase dovetail and rebate joinery. The integral Vacuum box also supports the top to provide the ultimate rigid support from sagging MDF. The clear Plexiglass router access door opens the Vac box to facilitate simple Router adjustment or removal and bit changes. The enclosed router runs quiet and clean. A simple dead man safety switch on the exterior completes the project. This drawing is complete and includes all necessary components so that it may be easily disassembled to derive accurate woodworking dimensions and parts list. Heavy quiet and stable, this monster is my fifth and final router table.
