The 123 meter tall, 30 storey office building was finished in 1983. It is designed by Fox & Fowle Architects. The building has a total of 55,000 m² of floor space. During the ground excavation a year earlier, digging revelaed a nearly three hundred year old British cargo ship, sunk as a landfill by the early colonists.
