The Liberty Bell was constructed in 1976. It contains the names of the people who gave funds to start Liberty University. It stands as a reminder of God’s provision to the Liberty University campus. There is a time capsule buried at the site with a plaque that states “This time capsule honors our friends whose support has secured a wonderful future for the man generations of Liberty University students, and sends a message of faith to future generations of God’s people.” *Note: Click on the building name under "My Places" in Google Earth to see an actual image of the structure, along with more information.*
