Designed by Martha González
From: Guadalajara, Mexico
Shelter location: Mexico
Date submitted: August 12, 2009
This shelter is located at “El cañón del sumidero, Chiapas”, where you can have peace and be in touch with nature. It’s integrated with the surrounding areas through multiple open spaces, for example on roof; it has natural light, and permits an internal area that works as an ephemeral division of spaces. The exterior horizontality allows entrance of fresh air, and at the same time, expresses water movement.
