This jig will tightly constrain your router to cut a mortice of exact size. Use with an upward spiral cut or straight bit for plunging. The jig has 2 main components. The first consists of two edge guides attached to the router base. These control the mortice width. The second is a jig which holds the work and further constrains the router to control the mortice length. Router model and knobs made by Steve Maskery are also available in the 3d warehouse. Destaco clamp made by Adverse Yaw is also available in the 3d warehouse.
