The Central Plaza 3 was built in 2008 and is the lowest tower of the Central Plaza Complex. The building rises to 57 m for a total of 14 floors. This is a commercial office modern tower located in the CBD of Brisbane in Australia. It was designed by Peddle Thorp & Walker Pty. Ltd. and Kisho Kurokawa Architects & Associates.
