This is a model of the cover project from the August 2008 issue of Popular Woodworking Magazine. Designed and built by senior editor Robert W. Lang, this bookcase is in the style of the work of Gustav Stickley, but is not a reproduction of any particular original piece. Made from solid sapele, this features wedged through mortise and tenon joinery, and a hidden drawer.
