This is an animated version of the ferris wheel in Luna Park in Sydney that is in the 3D Buildings layer. The model includes a fully animated ground shadow. It is part 3 of a set of models, the first being the Luna Park buildings and the second being the static ferris wheel. For a video of the animation see: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HnSTxGONuiE The animation runs happily from the KMZ file but is smoother if you download the collada (zip) version. Open the file in Winzip and extract all files and folders to a new directory. Tick "Use Folder Names" when extracting so it creates sub-folders. Double-click DOC.KML to run it. Turn on the 3D Buildings layer before running. Right click on the existing ferris wheel in the 3D layer and select Hide Building. After loading click on the model name under Places for operating instructions. It takes a few revolutions for the animation to become smooth.
