Central Academic Theatre of Russian Army opened Sept. 14, 1940. The project architects Caro Halabyan and Basil Simbirtseva. The unique theater building with two halls. Large - for 1900 seats, the largest among the halls of theaters in Europe, and Small - for 450 seats is located in Moscow, an area of Suvorov house 2.
