this city is famous of it great view of the bay and it climate as well. The Idea is to find a way to get as much view as possible. The dwelling here should be simple, clean and quit. in the meantime using operable screen outside of the floor-to-celing windows to adjust sunlights and creat a quite nice shawing. this 2500 sqf building can be supported by a grouped solar energy system for hydro.
