New landmark-building (110m) at the harbour of Hamburg(Germany), slim model (88kB) model by M.Manhart, www.3dHH.de. It contains a concert-hall, hotel (250 rooms) and apartments (45), built up started 2007 by HOCHTIEF, Architect: Herzog & de Meuron, 2013 still under construction. Building costs exploded from 77 Mio.Euro to current 865 Mio.Euro (nearly the price of the much better looking world-tallest building Burj Khalifa, Dubai, 828m) There is also an interactive 3d-PDF with the model, where you can rotate and zoom the model inside the PDF without having GoogleEarth or SketchUp installed at www.3dhh.de/3d-PDF
