One Astor Plaza is a 745 foot high skyscraper in Times Square in Manhattan. This building was originally known as the W.T. Grant Building and rises 54 stories over Broadway and the Theater District. The first floor of the building contains retail outlets such as Billabong, Bank of America, and the MTV Store. The second floor of the Broadway side of the building houses Viacom's MTV Studios, which is a major tenant of the building. The third floor houses the Minskoff Theatre, which has been showing The Lion King in recent years. One Astor Plaza is currently the 24th tallest building in the city.
