1961 The plan is cut back to 34 stories, the new City View Building is being constructed
1963 Plans for a twin tower set of buildings is made
1964 The building has construction started
1966 Some commercial buildings are increased in height to hold restraunts and offices
1968 The City View Building is completed at 407 ft.
1970 The Twin Towers are completed, connected with a bridge crossing the river
1972 A small island begins to appear
1974 The other side of the city is beggining to become a hotspot for modern buildings
1975 Plans for the Museum Of Contemparary and Abstract Art (MOCAA) are made
1976 MOCAA is being constructed
1979 The building is complete along with most of construction projects, suburbs are expanded
