Designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP, Ismael Leyva Architects, this building is 684 feet high and has 52 floors. Construction was completed in 2003. P. Diddy and the Yankees Pitcher Randy Johnson call this building home. Building sway is limited by use of a liquid mass-tuned damper.
