Hut built by Sir Ernest Shackleton's 1908-1909 Nimrod expedition to the Antarctic. It is at Cape Royds on McMurdo Sound. During the expedition he reached a point just 19km short of the South Pole, before being forced to turn back. Modelled by Peter Olsen, Brighton-le-Sands, Sydney, Australia.
